During tyre recycling and remoulding process and the screening of the rubber crumb from the flock, large amounts of dust are generated which is highly flammable. The main contributing factor to the risk of fire from these processed is inadequate Dust Extraction. We have designed and installed comprehensive dust extraction systems to enable the equipment to run safely at its optimum speed and efficiency.
We also design pneumatic conveying systems that can extract from many machines and transport material at a rate of 3 Tons per hour of the finished 2mm crumb. Careful design of the ducting layout is a must. We pride ourselves on having installed many systems that have given our customers peace of mind.
