Nicholls design and build electrical control panels tailored to each and every system. The control panel ensures the system is operating in an efficient, effective and logical manner with pre-defined start up and shutdown procedures. Naturally, they include a programmable logic controller (PLC) that is used for the automation of electromechanical processes required for motor starters, control components, safety circuits and other signals. The panel is designed in such a way that only allows for operation if a healthy signal has been received from each of the components in the system. System status is displayed by illuminated lamps.
Additional emergency stop buttons can be added anywhere on the system by one of our highly skilled and experienced electrical installation engineers.
