Nicholls have installed many types of storage Silo from the fully welded type to the fully bolted construction type. Inside the silo is an auger, this rotates on its own axis and draws the material downwards into the single stage out feeder.
They are suited for a range of materials including wood shavings, grain and any type of powder and have the capacity to store from as little as 1/2 Ton up to 50 Tons of product.
Once the materials have gone through the Silo there are many options to process them from bagging so that the wood shavings can be sold as high quality animal bedding , baled and sold for recycling ensuring a good rate of returned income or blown into a wood fired boiler.
