Disc Screens separate material by allowing the smaller fractions to fall through the spacing of the discs and the large fractions will ride on top of the discs to a predetermined destination. The Disc Screen can be designed to suit a range of applications and variety of materials by varying the distance between the discs, the speed at which they rotate and the angle of the screen. The screen is multifunctional and can be configured in sections so that different sizes of material can be processed at different stages along the screen allowing for further separation according to size.
