When producing automotive batteries, Dust Extraction systems are a vital part of the process. We have designed and installed systems to handle lead dust, utilizing reverse pulse cartridge filter technology. One of our largest installation in the battery manufacturing industry had three 51,000 m³/h plants. The air was initially filtered with cartridges, and then through HEPA filters before being returned back into the factory as clean air.
