The Jovisa range of Balers we supply have the versatility to process many materials; bottles, aluminium cans, plastics, cardboard, paper, films and textiles. Continuous Balers used for paper have been manufactured since 1973 and from 1995 for baling refuse and waste, with productions up to 80 Ton per hour and densities up to 1400 kg m³.
They have switchboards with push buttons or a touch-screen screen control. Variable pressure settings and variable bale lengths can be predefined according to the materials. Includes a maintenance program, production control per operator, production control per qualities, total quantities. 10 length and 10 different materials presets. Jovisa probably produce the largest range of Balers worldwide.
To compliment the Jovisa range of Balers, Nicholls can manufacture and install Conveyors specifically designed for the task . There are two types of Conveyors that Nicholls manufacture; friction driven and chain driven. Typically, friction driven Conveyors are used for light loads that need conveying only a short distance. Chain driven Conveyors offer the perfect solution for heavier and more demanding loads.
